layers and preload

I have a site that has several layers and would ideally like these to all load in before the viewer gets to see the 'start' of the interface loadup - have got a normal preloader on that works fine - it just doent pick up the 'layers' Wot am i doing wrong?:( :confused:

Layers or Levels? If you're talkign about movies brought in using LoadMovieNum then it's levels... try this tutorial: http://www.actionscripts.org/tutorials/intermediate/multi_preloader/index.shtml
