nyc subway font for animation

Im trying to do a subway animation but i cant find the font i need to complete it
Does anyone no the font or fontface that the mta or metronorth uses, i think it something helvetica but im not sure, and does anybody know where i can buy or purchase this font?

I read somewhere about subway typo being done with a. grotesk.. The .jpg you posted isn't though. the "R" and "C" are different. I would guess a type of helvetica (normal works) or heldustry..
