my flash doesnt have the lines when drag stuff around... please help out

when i drag stuff around in flash i usually get some lines telling me where stuff is. like when i make a line there should be a line even while im making it. i dont know if ya know what im talking about but hopefully one of you do. its really annoying to do anything in flash cuz the lines arent there while your making the stuff any help please?

try saving your archive, closing flash and open again, it works almost all the times.

another useful thing is to delete unused items from the library, and do a saving as.... this seems to clean up your file.

Some time i had a file with a 20 Mb. size after a lot of editing, then i erase all the unused items, save it as other file, and it end with a 248 Kb. A big difference!!!

hey have you ever noticed flash crashes a lot when deleting stuff from your library or when putting stuff into folders?

not in Mac, but a strange thing happends....

I have to do several times the "delete unused..." to cleanup the file, because flash don't trash all at one time, just a few each time....:confused:

yeah I'm on a mac too and have had that problem as well :(
