expanding flash banner

Not sure if this is the correct section, but we'll give it a shot.

I'm trying to make a flash banner that expands over the top of the HTML page it is in. I've seen it plenty of times, but I can't find any good resources on the web about it.

I've got a source >FLA that is set up to do it, but I don't know what to do at the HTML end to make it work. I am assuming it will be a javascript function that does the real work.

Anyone done this? Point me in the right direction?

elaborate on expanding. Does it grow from one size to the next, is it liad across the top as one size or is the flash one size but you want it to stretch to fit the browser window?

Hi cruci There is a kit available on FlashDen including the html/dhtml scripts and the flash source files here : Expand Banner Kit (http://www.flashden.net/item/expand-banner-kit-horizontal-formats/32990?ref=AD_Flash_Design)
It is rather complete but is designed only for horizontal banner formats.
