military revealing text....

so, I'm designing a site for the game SOCOM II US Navy Seals, and thought that some military revealing text would fit the theme.

If you don't know what I'm talking about, go here (http://www.goarmy.com/flindex.jsp) and watch the little movie towards the bottom of the screen named "Operation Night Strike". You'll see some blue text get revealed by means of a little blue box. It's your typical military themed text.

Does anyone know hw to do this?? I figure I could do it with individual key frames, but I'm extremely lazy plus the text that will be using this little animation will be dynamic, so I have no idea exactly what the text is going to say...

any thoughts??
