Hi all,

Can anyone advise me on how to present clients that don't have any Flash plugin or an old plugin below what my software is expecting with an HTML page that will solve their problems.

I do not want "security warning" type screens or anything scary to frighten them away; just a nice hand-holding type page that will lead them in the right direction.
