how do I use javascript to go to a specific frame in my flash movie

hi,
I am making a website completely in one packed swf file.
However I need to go to a specific frame-name in the swf via an html file using javascript. I have seen the help file in Flash using this but I am not able to figure it out.
anyone help.

right, firstly im not a programmer so im sorry if this doesnt work but i did ask the same question a couple of days ago so ill pass what i learnt onto you .

give the frame that you want to jump to a name (ill call mine no4!)

then select the button you want to activate the jump and enter this into the
code screen (sorry about the lack of correct termonology but like i said im not a proggrammer! i dont normally deal with this!)

on (release) {
gotoAndStop("no4");
}

this should work it worked for me neway!!
