How to import & run Flash .swf movie?

Hi!!!
All.

I import flash movie (.swf) in library of flash document (.fla) by using import command in file menu. When I play that movie in library itself, it does not work.
How?
When I double click on that movie file from library & open it on stage, it shows blank keyframes.
I am very comfusing, becuase I import properly. It works outside in flash player.
Is there any problem in movie or import command is wrong for flash movie?
Is there any action script for import movie?
I also want to inform you that I don't want to access flash movie externally by using action script. Just want to import.
Please help me out urgently.

If you can try posting the .SWF (the one you are trying to import) or .FLA you have, so we can have a look through it.

I can not attach that .swf file due to big file size(250kb).
Is there any other way to send u?
