Multilanguage Strings Content

Can anyone let me know how to test the multilanguage strings XML functionality of MX.

I have tried:
Setting the regional settings in windows - no luck
Changing the language of my browser - no luck
Changing the language in the registry under Flash/Settings/Language - no luck

It just keeps thinking i'm English. I even tried the example that comes in Flash MX's help but it remains in english.

If anyone can tell me how it actually works and what I need to do to test it I would me most happy.

look it up in the help "System.capabilities.language"

as long i understand in Fplayer 7 it will return the language of the instalation so there is no way to test it (unles on an other machine whit a diferent instalations language)
Fplayer 6 react diferent but read the help
