recovering lost picture files

Hello,
Thanks in advance.
I've got a flash file with a small collection of jpgs that have been imported into it. My problem is that the folder that I originally imported from no longer exists and I need the jpg files.

So, does anyone know if there is a way that I can export(?) the jpgs (and pngs) from my FLA file?

just copy the pic in flash and paste it into any photo editor.
