to re-design or not to re-design...

i am currently thinking of a whole site redesign...

what do you think???

html v.3 is currently undergoing a long over due clean up...

and

3d v.1 is just me getting used to 3d effects

...flash v.2 is the site i would like feedback on...

I think you have a great sense of design and layout. In general it is very slick. Cool functionality nice look (the orange of it all can get a little bit taxing on the eye, but I dig it).

What I didn't like is how the chromeless pop-up came over your static index page - I found it very hard to tell what was popup and what wasn't, which is extremely hard on the eyes and mouse. Found myself clicking away the pop-up accidentally. I very much like your index page, however when the flash page opens, I think that should change that maybe to a dark color for some contrast. I think it would make it easier to invest a little more time visiting your site without getting serious cone damage.

Anyway, you are talented and you seem inspired so I'm sure your site will rock.

i know what you mean about the colours... [ think of my eyes, i have to wear shades if i work on it for too long :D ]...

i have done as you sugested and faded the splah movie out when you click a link...and i think i will introduce another more subtle orange or purple to the colour range...

I really liked the front page (with the Lenny Kravitz drummer girl), the rest of it was kind of typical and anticlimactic.

Especially if you're going to have music like that. You need something that really lives up to that. I thought that it was going to be like those flyers that i always find on my car when i come out of clubs late at night for DJ events.
