RSVP Script for Offline Events

Hi,

First time poster so not quite sure where to post but need help.

I'm organising a Free Picnic and need to know how many people are coming.

I'm trying to find an RSVP Script similar to a Shoutbox where people can give their name, email (but which isn't displayed), make a comment and say if they're coming YES / NO or MAYBE

www.meetup.com has a similar system but will soon charge as much as $228 a year to use their system .. so Need a replacement

if you know somewhat about AS and flash then i can absolutely help you....but if this is your first time, you're in way over your head. try php or something else....advanced stuff like that in flash isnt that easy for a noob
