I think everyone does that once (I did it too). I guess people are trying so hard to get the right text in the message that they forget the most important part, the URL.

yup we've all done it alright - last year on another forum I pasted completely the wrong bit of sample code and wondered why nobody could understand my question. Doh!

It has a link to his home site but:
1) it's not blue
2) it has no sails
3) he may want us to review a site he made for somebody else.

No, you are not being dumb - Like Pixelwit I just couldn't see what that had to do with sails etc.. I'm sure he/she will let us know! Cheers, Rupert

I'm an idiot!
Refererence to blue sea and/or sails are cryptic...

Really nice photos. Good color and all that suff. :-)
Why do I have to click to see the menu? Sometimes when loading I see a light blue background color for a second or two. It took me a little bit of time to figure out I had to click the little image to see more little images. I'm not real crazy about the big solid gray shape used to transition from image to image, but that's just me.
It definitely looks "OK+", and that's quite an accomplishment for a somebody referring to themself as an idiot. :-)
Just my opinion,

some really beautiful photos here - great use of colour and I like the variations in scale from seascapes to small detailed effects, which helps the whole collection keep interest - but I suppose you're asking more re the site than anything else, so - I like the slightly obscure navigation which suits the mood of the photos, but it's slighlty buggy - I clicked off one of the photos in the section city and the section sea started loading over the top of the city text which looked confusing. Plus, like pixelwit, I'm not keen on the grey 'frame'...
Gorgeous though!:)

Looks good - like the others I think the pics are great! However, just 'cause you asked for some feedback...
1. There is something wacky with the HTML embed code (on Mac) and I had the Flash appearing top left with a white box centered on screen sitting behind it. I can send you a screen grab if you want.
2. I had to click the "click for menu" button numerous times before it would do anything. This may because of my previous point?
3 The percent loaded thing is a bit wacky as well and keeps popping up "NaN" (not a number) which means something there is NQR.
I personally like the grey frame.. call me boring... go on.
With a few minor tweaks you will have a great site there. Good one!

I agree with the compliments and criticisms above...
one think I didnt like was the back button - think it would look better smaller (same size as menu), one line, and in the bottom left corner of the background picture
cheers

Well, yeah, it's all really gorgeous, the city stuff reminds me of the latest PJHarvey album. Good energy.
I think that it could be a bigger idea though...There should be a relationship between the way the photos are displayed and the photos themselves.
That takes time though. It's something that has to grow naturally and you can't say "Im gonna do this" and off you go it makes sense.
Sound might be nice. The next logical extension? Also consider a variation on the bouncing pop up. It's cool the first three times you see it then the next forty it makes me a little sea sick. Plus it doesn't seem particularly meaningful.
