View Full Version : Not enough room on desktop! Solutions?

Hi there,
this is starting to drive me crazy now - I have a nice big 19" tft, but only one. In flash there's so many damn panels I just haven't got enough room for my actionscript panel, timeline and stage. Once I have enough money to buy another tft, this'll be sorted.
Anyone got a solution for the time being? Any ideas welcome. I know about VDM (virtual desktop managers) but can't really find one that's able to seperate the actionscript panel out from the main flash window. Maybe someone uses one or something similar that enables you to do this???
Thanks
Greg

just close the panels you are not using. most of them have shortcuts assigned to them, so its quick and easy to open.

Window > Panel Sets > Designer

-- Close Panels you don't want or use, open up Actions (it'll float now!)

Then Window > Save Panel Layout...

In any case, it's not something you can solve with actionscript (the subject matter of this forum).

request a mod to move it.
