Semi-Advanced Pathing.

Ok, I have been searching endlessly for a tutorial on this but haven't had any luck... I need to know how to create the pathing for buttons on an external movie. For example... I have a main.exe in which my menubar.exe loads as an external swf using loadmovie. This menubar.exe will always be playing over the rest of my movies, but when you click the menubar.exe buttons other external swf's will load back into the main.exe... not into the menubar movie itself. There are a lot of tutorials using loadmovie, but none I can find that using loading a movie from an external movie back into the main... semi-advanced pathing I guess.

Sounds simple enough, right? Any guidance would be greatly appreciated.
