ActionScript Tags Reminder

I added a note which should be plainly obvious to the New Thread, Standard Reply and Quick Reply templates which reminds people to use ActionScript tags when posting ActionScript because it really makes things a lot nicer.

Any templates which I've missed, or other comments welcome here.
