Generally I really like it a lot. It is very well put together, is creative, and it is it's own kind of site (that is to say it's original).

But I agree about the custom curser. I think that those are usually on the annoying side (even in this case).

One other thing that I thought could be improved upon is that there seems to be a lot of overlapping content on rollovers and so forth - a lot of things (nav elements and etc.) get in the way of other things visually. That may not be a huge deal, but it did bug me a bit.

You might think about changing the font for the body copy and using whatever that font your using now as just a display font. Anything big and "header looking" can be fancy and then have everything else be something normal like univers etc... It all turns into mush visually.

also the icons that you use on some of your portfolio sites are pretty nice. (do you know about pixelpalooza?) Why use something so generic for your company site? I guess i fall on the side of the fence that thinks a site like this should be a little more straight forward and usable. I keep forgetting which button does what so i have to roll over all of them to find out what it does.

In a site where i'm not looking for anything specific that's cool but maybe not for this. Posssibly just throwing words underneath might help (really small words)...
