how many of you had this kind of experience before?:

a) http://www.templatemonster.com/flash-templates/8011.html 61 US Dollars per download

b) http://www.actionscript.org/showMovie.php?id=242v 0 US Dollars but a lot of illusion

I havent found a terms and conditions in the movies section, but I'm sure that must be one... I don't mind that people use others knowledge, because I think it is one of the fundamentals of learning... but come on , 61 $ it makes me pist off.

I used to charge a minimum of $100 for that kind of thing, only a lot simpler! but that was back in the youthful days of flash when people like me who even had flash, let alone could use it, were fairly sparse.

$61 is nothing really for the average consumer. It's a one-off expense that imporoves the look and feel of their site drastically.

Money well spent in my humble opinion. :)

Yeah, $61 is not really that much compared to what clients will pay these days. A client actually offered me $70 per/hour to work on a project recently. That just gives you an idea of how much clients will pay for something like a flash site ;)
