ImageVue Problem

Hello i am having a problem with imagevue,(im hoping someone here has it and can maybe help me, I contacted support but have not heard anything as of yet) I have it set to load into a container clip of my flash movie but when ever the button is pressed to load only the bars show up and The Sound FX preloader stay on screen and gets stuck there. I dont know how to fix this problem. *Also i tested it outsite of loading it into the flash movie and it works fine except when using the pop up feature, i get some Smary class php errors
stating things like"Warning: Smarty error: problem creating directory
"include/templates_c/%%156/%%156900881" in" I hope i can get some quick
help with this issue, thank you very much.

Ok i think i know the problems but dont know how to take care of it. Apparently the configs rom all the xml & php files wont load when using loadmovie in flash, because it works out side of it. It keeps looking for the files in the root directory instead of the folders, how can i correct this?

The second issue I believe is to the php safe mode on media temple servers, anyone know how i can bypass that, or know something i can do to the Smarty class php file to make it work? Thanks
