Iframe on top of Flash works well, true or false?

I've read that you can't have iframe above a flash file, only under it.

I have made a site with two iframes:
Iframe z-index:1 --> Flash
Iframe z-index:3 --> Regular HTML site

This works in:
IE version 6.0.2900.2180...
Firefox version 1.0.4

Is this true,false, or just luck?

Anyone know anything about this?

ps. this is the only way (iframe) to have HTML look like its in flash, or?

Opera 7.53

:confused: I stoped making compatible websites with Netscape a few years ago, is it time to do the same with Opera?
