Nice Job - I liked it alot. I noticed there are no preloaders? (I believe)

The intro needs a little sprucing up though - just a little.

I would maybe use a nice font, change it to a .gif, and use hat as the "skip intro" button. I always see people use the same times new roman skip intro below their intros.

All in all very nice, I really liked the background.

The only other thing I might do is add an "over state" to the hammers.

It's very nice for your first try! I have two suggestions:

1) If you spaced the words a little bit in the navigation bar, it may read better. They seem to me a tad crunched together.

2) Try branching out to other fonts for your next project - they can really give a polished look to a website. That's my personal preference, though. Just not a big Times fan.

Again, great first work! Keep it up.

actaully it is not Times, its a variation of it, was going for a legal/courthouse effect. Thought it went well with the content.
