Aaahhh Jaggies!

I am importing a png, and I need to rotate it slightly, and when I do, it looks like crap. No matter what I do, it always goes jaggy. I set the png to lossless, exported the move with no jpg compression. Is there any way to solve this?

ideally, if you could rotate the picture before bringing it into Flash, that would be the best solution.

Otherwise, you can use _quality = "BEST" to force bitmap smoothing (this would also happen with high quality movies with one frame in the main timeline). Still, doing prior to import as I mentioned before would be best, especially in this case with this site as it's already lagging.

Flash's bitmap redering has never been great. Can you use photoshop or something to rotate the key be fore importing into Flash? Alternatively, you might try slightly different angles to see if you get better results.
