I am trying to create an image gallery similar to the one on the following tutorial, yet I can't seem to get this working.

The main principles in action here are similar to how I want mine to use. The tutorial is for flash 5 and I am using MX 2004, which is where I think the problems starts (as after 30 mins of going through this, the movie doesn't work).
Can anyone please please offer me some advice on the best way to tackle such a gallery?
