Continuous bar?

I'm trying to make a bar at the bottom of a flash movie. I mean, I would like to have a black rectangle that would continualy display things, by making them enter by the right to go to the left, like those advertising panels with red LEDs and displaying company information. It is similar to the bar at the bottom of news shows, that display stocks, wheater and miscellaneous news. How do I do this?
