Good freelancer sites ?

Hi people, I was just wondering if any of you experienced freelancer out here could refer me some good places to look around for contracts. Im not only looking for flash by the way ( C/C++/C#, Java, PHP, ..., whatever :) ) but I love flash for sure :)

I saw many freelancing sites out there that are free and there is many out there there must be some that are better for sure. I was also wondering If you guys know some that you can pay and for sure work for getting good contracts, etc :)

Well, Its great to hear that there are talented people like you which work i vast diversity like programming and designing. My aim is to unite and make a team. May be you are not getting my point, i want to create a dedicated quality knowledgable persons team and we'll work toghether, i find you as an asset and i hope you suppoert me, I know why should you work for me for free but if you trust me then i want to start, once a roll-over work is started and we made our reputation in market then it will be easy for us to get money and work.

I want to know your experties , so that you also can complete projects easily and do not feel burdenized and take less time, i suppose it to be Flash is your experties.

Thanks for that but Im really looking for some contracts on my side. I'm canadian, 27 year old, I have a bachelor degree in computer engineering and I have over 5 years of professionnal exp in C/C++ mostly. I know I can do anything but I dont work for nothing unfortunatly you may be a great person but partnership is not what im looking for. I just worked enough for businesses and its time for me to make a move soon. Those companys only want asslickers :) and im so not 1 of them (I feel better sorry). Hi, Im from Montreal Quebec and I attended school at Sherbrooke University and my friends/ contacts are all in typical engineer jobs or in other field of activity. I saw your site last day your from ontario I think. Hello neighboor :D

I was just trying to get some links/tips. I for sure can find some but I hoped maybe some1 could give me a few good hints/links to check out for contracts beacause I guess some must be better than other for sure. Like I said some sites seem to ask for $$$/ per month, I think some could be good for sure but theres many other free wich for sure seem to have lots of project in.

Hey, I'm 14, I live in Chicago, Illinois and I've been doing php/mysql programming since Christmas. I make around $100-$400/month off of making scripts for people (I know it's not much, but php is a really easy scripting language and the scripts that are asked for are usually not very complicated and take short time to make). I found a site that sells designs got to know the owner and then he started telling his clients that I could make scripts for them, and now I get quite a few people to pay me to make them a script a month. Here at actionscript.org you can register as a freelancer at http://www.actionscript.org/employment/register.php, after registering you'll receive e-mails showing you multiple job offers from various employers.
