very simple, please help

ok, new user and this site seems great...
here's the deal : i need a text field that counts from 5.41 to 6.98 % as its going up, stops at two points

its a financial graph... THAT'S IT !!!

i know i have to define a variable, and then make it add the numbers....but i have no idea how :mad:

any help or useful r4esources for a newbie ?

for some reason flash decides to add an extra 10 decimal places halfway through the count up - gonna see if I can fix that now

yup, that seems to work...now i gotta stop it at two points, but i guess i will just duplicate it and change the numbers....

will post if i have any more problems, thx alot for your help man
