html makes flash gotoAndPlay frame

hello all

i have a index.html with a flash navigation and an iframe, name=content. no problems when i click the buttons in my flash nav to change "content"... but... i have a html link in "content" which i want to onClick, makes my flash nav gotoAndPlay(5).

i read that JavaScript will do the trick but still can't figure it out... can someone please explain this to me or point me to a tutorial?

i need help on this urgently! thanks in advance!!

forgot to add: i need to target a child movie clip in the flash file instead of the main timeline... :o
