Along a simlar idea, can someone show how to set the height (and width) using css? Using <table height = 300 width =300 etc> is considered invalid html althought it does work. I have been trying to work with it for some time and I can't seem to get it.

Download the attachment, it contains the use of width (height is used in same way) in CSS, just put 300px ...
