Pictures (mc's) blurring at export

Two problems:
1) i've turned a panoramic pic into an mc - however when i export, the damn thing blurs. I then broke the file into 3 equal sized chunks, grouped them and retried. Now 2 of the 3 work!!! - any ideas?
2) i've started grinding my teeth and pulling my hair out because of 1) !!

for some odd reason, this one doesn't work....
