Preloaders

Does anyone know how to make preloaders load faster when you preview a movie on your computer by pressing the ctrl enter command twice so that you can view pre-loaders in action?

It seems that everytime i wanna see if my pre-loader is working, I gotta sit here waiting for ages as it loads, is there any way i can make it load quicker?

jus click view>download settings after previewing and select a faster d/l speed.
