i have a sound problem

i have finished my flash movie and i recorded my voice for the characters and i put the sound in and the sound is out of sync and i want to shorten the sound so its spot on some one plz help

To maintain a relative thight sync, the sound's Sync (Sync Box in the sound's properties...) must be set to "stream", and as many frames as needed, added on the sound itself, to see the sound's full modulations...
