The photo transition in that they use, kind of like a scramble effect... everything I find on the web is crap.. any help would be great!!

Its done with duplicated images, each with its own mask, masking a particular section. I suppose you could do it with a loop, duplicating the image and setting a mask which is moved along each iteration. Ill try and knock something up tonight!... Have done this before manually but its keyframe / layer heavy and could be done with actionscript. Watch this space...

Here you go mate. Sorry for the delay (too much work on!)

Its not exactly the same, but you should get the idea. Its totally dynamic, so just pop and image onto the stage (give it the right instance name) set the amount of boxes you want to use for the mask effect and away you go! Does all the calculations for you.

You'll need to get lacos tween extension, cause its brilliant and saves on onenterframe rubbish for the movement....
