Scroll bar goes away

I have inserted a scroll bar to scroll dynamic text. When I view the MC I see the scroll bar on the page and it works fine if I select a different page and return to the page with the scroll bar it is gone excaprt for what seems to be a marked white area where it use to be. I need some help qiuck this is a class project
