text in movie

Hi,
If I use text as part of my movie symbol, first, I have to ctrl + B text to make it visible, else I can not see in my animation.
Am I missing anything ?

maybe you are useing dynamic text, you can convert the text to static,
or you need press "ctrl+b" twice.
