I've added a strange robotic "browser" to my experimental little site-in-progress (and all the flash files open in seperate windows). I've had mixed reactions from friends. Also, I'm worried about it playing smoothly, as there's a bit of chunky math involved per frame.
Thought I'd run it through the gauntlet for some honest feedback.
Much thanks ahead of time! :)

I like it. Though it does get a little wild if you are moving the bottom of the menue bar from the right side. Maybe you could have the arm extended a bit and prone at the ready closer to the actual menu, instead of flolding up and resting up on top when not in use. Even in its current condition its a really cool effect.

Thanks guys, you made my day. :)
Jack, I think I might implement something close to your suggestion. The arm could start in its current resting position, but once activated it might pick a new resting position just above the menu (or it might be cool if it just moved on its own until the user mouses over its area...).

I just tried the above change.

A little buggy still, but I think I'm leaning towards the original arm effect.
Thanks again!

Me too. I like the original a little better.
