teagames! Darn you kids with your rock n' roll and your hair grease and your crazy cool trigonometry-intensive 3D Flash gaming applications! (muttered with jealousy)

Ditto on the nice physics:). Nice and neat graphics as well:):). I wish the gameplay on a few could be sped up, though.

Its a games search engine.

Came up with a couple of nice results.

Well, actually it's not a games search engine. It is a collection of games designed by a talented flash designer - Ferry Halim. I was searching for a personal flash web site, and acidentally logged on to this gorgeous web site. You cannot cheat the dynaimcs in these games, where as you can in some of 'TeaGames' site. I mostly like the graphics in it.
Anyway, my point is to share these 'treasures', as I like to put it, with those who are not yet to such sites. Enjoy!!

It is just a list of websites that have flash games on them

Headshotz, I guess you are visiting
http://www.orsinal.com (what you need, when you need it one).
Well, yes I see that it is a search engine with some catergories for Games search.
But, that is not what I am pointing to. Note that there is a "i" missing in this one(orsinal). It should be "http://www.orisinal.com/". That was working perfectly well. But, don't know why some are not able to visit the site while some are. Try this alternative link:
http://www.ferryhalim.com/orisinal
Hope you will get to the page!!

Ah ha. I wondered what you were talking about.

The games are nice. Simple ideas but really well done.

No problem. That happens. It is common. Many spookers try to get URL's that are similar to popular web sites so that anyone, by mistake, get on to their web site. It happened with web sites of big organisations like NASA.
Also, 'Orisinal.com' had some problems. Some were not able to visit the web site.
I guess you guyz are aware of
http://www.disney.com/
and
http://www.cartoonnetwork.com/
http://www.cartoonnetworkindia.com/
Great sites. Disney got some ads on it. But, it is fun to see them as well.
Also, watch out
http://www.ninjai.com/

Enjoy!! And, thanks Flash-a-Maniac.

Wow, so many online games I never new about.

mitr
08-26-2005, 01:45 PM
Well, Internet is an ocean & still there are quite alot of exciting and great games we don't know.
Anyway, though not a game site, have you checked that 'ninjai.com' site. It's an animation site. The Chapters are great. Will take considerable amount of time to download, but it's worth it. I suggest all those who are seeing this message to visit the site. Of course, you'll need a broadband/fairly good speed net. You can download the trailers from the site. I'll better post this as a new thread in 'Cooool Sites'. Hope you guyz enjoy the show(ninjai.com).

should i say something mitr
ur Sub name shouldn't be 'mitr'-a friend
it should be 'mitr'-a gold medalist in surfing the net
what do u think about the good name,Headshotz???

:D Thanks. But, I prefer to be a friend rather uncommon "gold medalist".
However, I'm not that good as you think I am. A few more years on net & you too will get to it.
Regarding "Miniclip", yeap I knew it. Just that name didn't click my brain. Anyway, thanks.

Well, actually I was thinking about which username to register with here. Looking for senseful Usernames is always a task for me. Just before the day of signing up here, I had seen the movie 'mitr - My Friend' in some xyz channel. I like the movie & also it gave me exactly what I want. An Username which is Indian, short and friendly. So have choosen it.
Yeap!! That's coool site. Need somemore time to spend on it though. Anyway, good thing yaar(another word for friend).
Hi HeadShotz!! have you been to
http://www.ai2.com.au/
It's online portal of John Simpson, a freelance designer from Australia.(Though not Flash.) But, I liked his projects for colorschemes. And, neat work.

hey friends
i need some help.
i have got to make a presentation by the help of Flash.
Anything original, any sort of creative game or any type of gr8 presentation would do.
well i am not getting any ideas.
please can u suggest me some.
i would appreciate that.
However tough it is ,don't worry about the actionscripting part.
Waiting for ur replies.
:(:)

Let me get it more clear. Do you mean anything - presentation or anything and not just games? Whether online or offline(CD presentation)?
If it's online -
Games - there are plenty of flash games' sites. So instead of the regular Games, I would suggest something more 'good' and 'informative'. I am making(trying to) a site on 'India'. From A - Z. Well, if you like, you can join me. I'm poor at 'ActionScripting' and you sound to be good at it. If 'Yes', let me know.
If it's offline -
You can make presentations on your work books of your School. Like Botany/Zoology or Social - Geography and so on. If your work is good then your school may get it some publicity.
Anyway, all the best for your presentation!!
