I've seen many Flash animations with blurs and shadow effects ... is this done in Flash or is it made in PhotoShop and brought into Flash? If it's made in Flash how is it done?

You can do primitive blurs with the Linear colour tools but in photoshop it looks alot better and takes about 2 seconds to do. :D
