.JPG to vector help

Hey folks....I'm trying to change a series of .jpg pictures into vector images for use in a swf I'm working on for a friend. The purpose of this ultimitly is to have the different images morph into each other as time progresses. Anyhow, my question is how can I do this? Is there a simple way that I can convert my .jpg or bitmaps into vector? Thanks.

BTW i realize there not gonna look the same....I just want a resemblance. If any of you have seen that ipod commercial with the shadows just dancing around....thats what i'm talking about
