How to make a more complicated cursor?

Hi!

I been searching high and low for a tutorial on a custom cursor, which changes shape, only when above a button (or anything click-able). Like the arrow turns into a hand on most cursors.

Those are not cursors.. they are mouse pointers. Try a search.. I think there's a tutorial here. (see beginner's tutorial number 43 to see if that's what you want).

Editorial note: I really, really hate custom pointers, so I generally navigate directly away from anywhere that effs up my screen with one... I would never, ever write code to do it.

...and yeah, most mouse pointers are not that cool. But hey, I got all night and a lot of coffee to keep me going, so maybe my upcoming pointer will be the best ever? Imma surely try to break the curse. :)
