playing a movie smoothly

I made a movie with 33 pictures. When I test it on my computer it runs steadily. However, when people watch it on the internet it is unpredictable in terms of flow.

Is there any way for the first time user to get a smooth, even playback- if I were visiting a site that had a slideshow that paused and sped up unpredictably, I would lose interest...

have you used preloader?

I haven't. I was wondering if that would work.

I tried to use it to test it but I couldn't figure out how to configure it.
I was using FR 16 Preloader.

yes that would work because the function of preload is to load your movie before letting users view it. you can write one for yourself too. there is a tutorial on how to write a percentage preloader here or you can go to kirupa.com
