Import publish settings - classpaths ignored

I'm having some trouble importing some publish settings from a previously exported publish settings XML file. The problem is that the ClassPaths are not being re-imported they are simply reset to empty. This is a problem both within the IDE and when automating using jsfl. I can see the paths within the XML file but they are simply ignored. Has anyone experienced this same problem and managed to find a workaround?

Well as far as I know the classes-paths aren't part of the publish settings, although you can access them through the publish settings I think they're part of your own flash-preferences.
I'm sorry to say that that's as far as I can help you out here, I haven't found any kinda workaround for this eventhough I have had the same problem in the past...
