Hello! I'm a bit of a n00b when it comes to video in flash, the only way i've done it so far is importing a whole .mov into flash, publishing it as a .swf and loading that .swf into a movieclip inside my main movie - and even that way it takes a while to load and the quality is horrible.
What I'm wanting to do is something like this:

See how the video plays immediately with hardly any download time and is still awesome quality? I guess it's streaming somehow - do you think they're using a Flash Communication server?
I don't really have the funds for one of those at the moment, so I'm wondering if there's a secret to video in Flash that's compatible with Flash Player 6 with small download times (streaming if possible) without quality suffering. It can be .mov or .flv - whichever, I just need some kind of quick step-by-step from someone more familiar with these things.
Thanks!
