I haven't done anything with this for over 3 years now so I thought I'd post it for anybody that is interested.

Also if anybody is interested in converting to AS 2.0 and sharing that'd be great as I haven't done much in MX 2004. If so, drop me a note and I'll provide the source.

Hello!

Well, I was looking for building up something just like your webpage editor tool. Seems like you did really good job!! :D
Seen you were looking for someone to get it converted into as2? Did you make it using as1 "classes" or the old school way (coded inside movieclips)? Anyways, I you still feel like getting it converted, that would be my pleasure to do so.
Did you manage a menu editor yet? I plan to work on that kind of tool pretty soon.

Anyways, if you need a hand on your project, I might be your man. :p

That is great, touch a few things up and you could easily sell that.

I am extremely interested in porting this to AS 2.0 and adding more funtionality. I have the time to do this since the company I work for would be able to use this. Please let me know as soon as possible.

are you there, What else can I say, I really like what you've done with this. along with producing similar looking HTML. this thing is great and has great potential.. I came to looking for this type of thing because the standard, Javascript Rich Tect Editors aren't as funtional when reproduced in flash, yet flash is fantastic as an editing environment, especially with Flash 8. What you've done here is similar to what I have envisioned as an awesome tool to base a full fledged CMS off of... Please respond soon, if I don't here from you I will more than likely begin building my own software with a few similarities.

Sorry I haven't had a chance to respond those that requested the code. I've been busy working on other things and also trying to figure out what exactly to do with the code. I've had a handful of offers to buy the code and one to pay for a modification to the code. I'll have to look into each of these individually when I get some free time to do so. I'll probably post to some other Flash boards to see if anyone else would also be interested in buying, since it'd be nice to get something out my time spent. But if no genuine offers arise I will post the entire code here in about a week. I still gotta package it up and remove all the extraneous files so the zip wont be so large.

Great looking forward to your final decision, for right now I have began working on my own flash app. If you are able to license this than that's great I'd be very happy for you.

good luck and best wishes.

Are you going to post your app here?

It's a really good idea though, if a few things were touched up
a little you could sell it to tripod or angelfire or FreeWebs, all
those online website building tool companies that offer free or
paid do it yourself online tools would love to get their hands on it.
