antialiasing text???

I'm using small text sizes and I don't want antialias text because it affects readability. Is there a way to turn antialiasing off on text?

check the box that says "use device fonts"

otherwise make unantialiased gifs of all your text in photoshop

Yep, make sure it is dynamic text, using a system font (arial, Verdana, Times...), making sure you don't embedd the font outlines: just like BillyT said...
