Problems with drag and drop

Hey this is Gord. I'm having problems with the dag and drop feature. I copied the tutorial code exactly into my own fla file and yet the drop feature will not work, I am usiing mx and am wondering if it may be because the code is set for flash 5 maybe? anyways it's in the tutorial section on actionscript.org, can anyone provide input?

well I have never used flash 5 nor flash mx, but I believe their syntax dont realy tie together one uses, / to get access to methods while one uses .(period) or am my mistaken please post your script to get more help
