Arrows pointing at the mouse cursor

Hey u guys, there's this one at natzke.com whereby there's a whole bunch of arrows that point to the mouse cursor wherever its at!! how does one do that?? its under 'FlashForward2001 NY' if im not wrong.

yah i tried that..... but the thing is.. when i add more arrows on the stage.... instead of them pointing at the mouse cursor.... they all juz point the same angle......... so when my cursor is between 2 arrows.. only one arrow is pointing at the cursor... the other is pointing the other way round.... how do i solve that? hmm

Everything should work fine. How are you adding the other arrows? How are they being adjusted? Can you attach a small version of what you have?
