Preloader with mask ?

Ok can any tell me how to make a preloader like the one from http://www.elementskateboards.com Where you have the logo as just line art but as the page loads the logo fills up with color? Thanks in advance everyone!

use the first one and then just change it to a mask layer. I'm sure you will get the idea.
BTW, I didn't see a preloader in the your link.
