I work on two 19" tft flat screen monitors at work both linked together, and when I use Flash MX 2004 I have the 'tools' and the 'timeline' on the the left screen with the item im working on. And on my other monitor I have all the other tools like the actions panel, properties, scenes etc etc.

But as Im constantly changing between flash, photoshop, dreamweaver, freehand etc when I come back to flash all the tools on the 2nd monitor dissapear and I have to select them again from the 'window' menu. This didnt annoy me at start but its really doin my head in now.

Is there anything I can do??!!

Well I don't know the cure to the problem but this might be a workaround for you:

1. in flash you can save your window panel layout (window > save panel layout), do this
2. now go to the keyboard shortcut window (edit > keyboard shortcuts)
3. click the duplicate-button (in the top right corner on the left hand side of the deleteset- and renameset-buttons) and create a new custom keyboard shortcuts scheme
4. next, in the list-window with all the functions of flash, select your custom window panel layout (click the plus next to window, click the plus next to panel sets, and select your custom thingie)
5. now click the plus-button beneeth the list of functions (where it says 'Shortcuts:') and create a new shortcut for your window panel layout. Note that it must be a unique shortcut which doesn't already excist.

...now everytime you think you've lost your panels just hit the shortcut and they should appear.

Never had a problem running flash across two screens myself, but maybe Ruben's suggestion will help.
