New to Actionscript Not to Flash

The site is 123kb there is a repeat animation of text over and over. There is an actionscripted rotating logo in the upper left corner, and a banner ad that cycles through 3 ads that is called externally. http://www.whatdezine.com/ please look go there and watch then just go do something else and see if your system slows down. The banner ads are strictly timeline based as well as the text banner. The rotating circle arrow is really a rotating mask and small triangle. All pages are loaded external SWFs. The FLA is 3MB I do not think I can load that here... Would some one please assist me in solving the issue. This is critical.

Yeah, something is heavily loading the CPU there. Save and Compact your FLA, and Zip it, you will probably be able to upload it then?

Or perhaps you can upload to your hosting service and provide and external link?

I would imagine there is some kind of slow memory leak or some such, but without seeing how things are done and if they are being cleaned up properly it is difficult to tell.

Thanks for a quick reply - I feel rather ignorant. I am learning all I can. I am a designer not a programmer but I do understand the logic in it. Thanks for looking at this :o Well the uploader here would not allow me to upload - so here it is:

Thanks for looking at it. I have included the banner FLA as well. none of the external files other than that. They are static external text loaders.

Thanks!
