Online t-shirt design tool help

Hi everyone...
Im looking to do a online t-shirt design tool that look like this:
http://www.knapp.nu/index.aspx?ctrl=design&nocache=4404 (I know that this is a button/badge design tool but I think it´s really good)... Been trying to find scripts/tutorials that does something like that just to see how they done it, but with no luck. Anyone know if there is something like that out there?
